Movers and Shakers "Floating on Air"

Teacher Universe captured yet another award for educational programming with the announcement of the 2001 Telly Awards.

Since 1980, the Telly Awards have served to showcase the very best in non-commercial cable and television production. A panel of 20 experts from the media industry judged nearly 12,000 entries to find Movers & Shakers' "Floating on Air" amongst the very best in the country. Only the top 15% of all entries received were recognized as Telly Award Finalists.

Set in Grandpa's Garage, the Movers & Shakers video series follows the learning adventures of Naomi and her closest friends, Ming, Max, Swoozie, and Alex. "Floating on Air" find the kids exploring force and motion. Ming even invents an anti-friction vehicle with the help of Grandpa's leaf blower!
