Conditional Certificates are issued when a requirement for a Clear Renewable Certificate has not been met . There are three types of Conditional Certificates. A Provisional Certificate is valid for 3 years. A Probationary Certificate is valid from 3 to 5 years. An Emergency Certificate is valid for 1 year. A Non-renewable Professional Certificate is issued for certain service fields outside of classroom teaching.
